(Prior to the Annual and Special Town Meetings)

Present: Joseph R. Becker, Chairman, Michael S. Pantos, Vice-Chairman, Leroy C. Clark, Sheila H. Dibb and Peter Letsky.
Chairman Becker opened the meeting at 4:42 p.m. The Board reviewed the articles for the Special Town Meeting and the Annual Town Meeting.
Adjourn:
Mr. Clark moved to adjourn. Ms. Pantos seconded. Vote unanimous. Meeting adjourned at 4:45 pm.
