Meeting Minutes

Meeting opened at 6:32 pm
Present: Sheila H. Dibb, Chairman – Joseph R. Becker, Vice-Chairman – Leroy C. Clark, Cherilyn A. Bulger and Michael S. Pantos, Clerk.
Discussion / formulation of questions for the police chief interviews being held tomorrow evening.
Old Business:
Mr. Becker informed the Board that Attorney Cranston called him today with concerns regarding the first two articles on the special town meeting warrant (fire pumper apparatus and the DPW Snow-fighter). Mr. Becker moved to add the following article to the October 25, 2010 Special Town Meeting warrant: “To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Selectmen to petition the legislature for a special act to correct deficiencies in the notice and posting of the warrant for the Annual Town Meeting of May 10, 2010; or take any action in relation thereto.” Mr. Clark seconded. Vote unanimous.
Mr. Becker moved to adjourn. Mr. Clark seconded. Vote unanimous. Meeting adjourned at 7:14 pm.
