6:30 p.m.
Present: Joseph R. Becker – Chairman, Leroy C. Clark - Vice Chairman, Douglas C. Briggs, Cherilyn A. Bulger. Mrs. Dibb was not present.
Public Hearing: Regarding the sewer extension moratorium from November 13, 2007.
Lengthy discussion concerning the allocation. Mr. Briggs feels it should stay in effect until everything is resolved. Mr. Becker feels the biggest issue is the I & I.
Mr. Briggs moved to close the hearing. Ms. Bulger seconded. Vote unanimous.
Mr. Briggs moved the attached motion. Mr. Clark seconded. Vote was 3 to 1 with Mr. Becker being the opposing vote.
Discussion on the meeting with John Scannell and the DCR. Some discussion the publishing of the sewer regulations.
Mr. MacCallum would like the Selectmen to approve his posting of “No Unauthorized Personnel at the Water Treatment Plant Without Permission from either the DPW Superintendent or the Water Treatment Plant Foreman per order of the Board of Selectmen.” Mr. Briggs moved the posting. Mr. Clark seconded. Vote unanimous.

Mr. Briggs moved to adjourn. Mr. Clark seconded. Vote unanimous. The meeting adjourned at 6:50 pm.
