Present: Cherilyn A. Bulger - Acting Chair, Douglas C. Briggs, Sheila H. Dibb
Mr. Briggs moved to accept the revised language regarding the Police Collective Bargaining contract as presented by Attorney Jenkins. Mrs. Dibb seconded. Motion passed.
Donald D’Auteuil questioned whether or not there was any further information regarding the editorial he provided and why it was okay that crossing guards were acceptable.
Confirm Regional Selectboard meeting for October 23, 2008 at 7 pm in the large room in the Rutland Public Library.
Change to Special Town Meeting warrant articles: Article 4 (Dog By-law), Article 15 ($37,000) and Article 21 (Board of Health).

Mr. Briggs moved to adjourn. Mrs. Dibb seconded. Vote unanimous. The meeting adjourned at 6:58 pm.
