GIS Service Contract, approved and signed
Active Duty Military Exemption Qualifications-discussions and held for next meeting, more information from what other towns may be approving
FY18 Statutory Exemption for reconsideration-a denial for late filing, supporting documentation from property owner does not make the reason for late warranted, were there others, discussion, hold for next meeting with more info
Discussion of the Fire at Country Side Estates-after deliberation and contacts with insurance companies, the BOA approved FY18 Q3 and Q4 and Prelim FY19 Q1 and Q2 abatements in full for property owners at Bldg 7 displaced from fire, motion was made and seconded and approved unanimously. Reports indicate potential return to their homes November 2018 at earliest.
ATB filings received-Blair Open Space and roads lots.
