Discussions:
Blair Abatement Update – The “Subdivision Development Discounts” Policy was approved by the Board at the September 11th Meeting. These policies are now in play and changes will be made to follow such policies.
Christopher Heights – The Assessors discussed the estimate of anticipated costs and revenues for the town along with potential benefits. Benefits include the increased use of local businesses and the potential of new business in town.
