CAI GIS services maintenance contract renewal for signature (signed 8/22)
Zeller 8 of 48 response from DOR and email from property owner-BOA discussed, no further action taken.
Ahearn FMP renewal 1/1/18 to 12/31/2027, signed
Zotolli FMP renewal 2015 signature, signed
Chapter land mailing-October 1 deadline for returns-19 issue notes sent
Warrington FY18 Chapter 61B application—would need lien recorded, discussed and would need to be for FY18.
Status of LA3 Sales and New Growth-distributed the sales report for review
Special Town Meeting Date-not certain of date or warrant items
Open Meeting Law workshop 9/18/17 6-8PM in Rutland Library, need to pre-register
Old Business:
Spokis-Release of 61B Lien (BOA called in to sign for closing-out in 2009)
Rutland Land Conservancy-has 990 document, waiting on approval of form PC
Zoning Map update from PB mtg
Open Meeting Law training Sept 18th 6-8PM, Library, registration is required
