Minutes of the Board of Assessors' Meeting held on June 2, 2015 in the Assessors' Office located in the
Town Hall.
Members Present: Arthur Lincoln (Chair), Joyce McGuinness (Member), and Diane Peterson (Regional
Assessor, RRG)
Board Members Absent: Jeffrey Gibbs (Member)
Meeting brought to order at 8:30 a.m.
The following documents were signed:
• Meeting Minutes from May 5, 2015
• Motor Vehicle abatements for the month of May
• Fiscal Year2015 StatutoryExemptions41C: 3, 17: 1
• Preliminary FY2016 Commitment & Warrant
The discussions took place:
• No Forest Management Plan on file for 46-A-1 & 46-A-2. Property owners will send new plan
for Arthur to sign.
• BOA discussed parcel 35F-E-6 on Turkey Hill Pond. After speaking with Norman Anderson,
the parcel has 300ft of road frontage as indicated on the 1993 recorded plan, making it buildable
by current zoning standards. The BOA would like to attend a Planning Board Meeting, or speak
with another member of the Planning Board in order to get more insight into build-ability of the
lot.
The next Board of Assessors Meeting is to be held on Tuesday, July 7, 2015 at 8:30 a.m. in the
Assessors' Office located in the Town Hall.
The Meeting was adjourned at 9:30 a.m
