Minutes of the Board of Assessors' Meeting held on May 5, 2015 in the Assessors' Office located in the
Town Hall.
Members Present: Arthur Lincoln (Chair), Joyce McGuinness (Member), Diane Peterson (Regional
Assessor, RRG) and Justine Lapierre (Assessors' Clerk)
Board Members Absent: Jeffrey Gibbs (Member)
Meeting brought to order at 8:30 a.m.
The following documents were signed:
• Meeting Minutes from April 7, 2015
• Motor Vehicle abatements for the month of April
• Fiscal Year 2015 Statutory Exemptions 41C: 3, 17: 1, 3 denied
• Real Estate abatements approved: 2015013, 2015016, 2015017, & 2015018.
The next Board of Assessors Meeting is to be held on Tuesday, June 2, 2015 at 8:30 a.m. in the
Assessors' Office located in the Town Hall.
The Meeting was adjourned at 9:45 a.m
