 Attendance:  Board Members Present:  Richard Surrette (Chairman), Chris Senecal, Robert Paulsen, Arthur Wells, Jacob Morris, Paul Kirrane                                                                                                                                                                             Board Members Absent: None                                                                                                                         Guests:  Jeffrey Stillings Application Submissions:  Application for Variance: Haines Realty Trust (Gail Johnson & Robert Haines), 12 & 14 Glenwood Rd.  Votes:  Motion to hire Tomeca Murphy as administrative secretary for the Board of Appeals—vote unanimous at 6:40 P.M. Motion to accept meeting minutes from November 29, 2017—Motion made by Paul, seconded by Arthur; vote unanimous at 6:42 P.M. Motion made to close the meeting--Motion made by Chris, seconded by Arthur; vote unanimous at 7:07 P.M.  Hearings:  None Discussions:  Board members discussed the application for variance received from the Haines Realty Trust. It’s possible that a variance is not needed as the property may be grandfathered based on zoning by-laws for properties deeded prior to a certain date.
