Meeting was called to order around 6:30 pm
Members Present:
Jeff Stillings, for the Board of Selectmen
Ron Barron, for Central Mass Regional Planning Commission, Chair
Shawn Moore, for the Conservation Commission
Dick Williams, for the Planning Board
David George, Town Planner
Scott Gilroy, Board of Health
- The meeting was called to order around 6:30 pm
- Rutland’s last quarter sewer usage showed over capacity use
- The next steering committee meeting should be pushed to February 27, 2019
- The next meeting should be called a workshop or informational session; not a hearing
- Ron Barron will present findings and data from the CMRPC study to the town
- The meeting will seek community input
- The meeting should be televised
- Jeff Stillings will ask to reserve the big meeting room in the library
- The meeting adjourned at 6:59 pm
