Minutes
-Present: Peter Craine, Ronald Kent, Lynn Turcotte, Karen Greenwood, Norman Anderson,
Anita Carlson, Lindsey Demers
-The meeting was called to order by Chairman Craine at 1:05 p.m.
-Norman made a motion to accept the minutes from March 26, 2019 Lynn seconded and all voted in favor with changes
-The By-Law Committee By-Law has been completed and will be submitted to the Town Administrator to send for legal review
-Review began with the Finance Committee By-Law.
Additions (purpose, authority) were added on Peter’s computer via the display.
Members will remain at 7. Further defined their terms of appointment and when reappointments take place on the computer display hence the reason these changes are not within these minutes. Completion of this By-law will take place at the next meeting April 9th.
-We will also begin review of the Town Administrator By-Law.
Norman made a motion to adjourn, Lynn seconded and all in favor to adjourn at 3:10 p.m.
