PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

Please take notice that pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 40A and the Princeton Zoning By-laws Section VII, 2. (B), and Section III. 1. (I) the Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on the petition of Nimrod League of Holden, Inc. Property is located on 168 Coal Kiln Road, Assessors map #16, Lot 1. The applicant seeks a special permit for extension/alteration of a shooting range structure in a Residential-Agricultural Zone.
Also, pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 40A and the Princeton Zoning By-laws Section IV, 1. (J) (a) the Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on the petition of John Diethelm for J&S Automotive. Property is located on 184 Worcester Road, Assessors map #15, Lot 33-10. The applicant seeks to open an automotive repair facility in the Business Zone, allowed with a special permit.
A copy of the petitions may be reviewed at the Town Hall, Monday – Thursday, 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. All interested parties are invited to attend.
