PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Monday, November 19, 2018 at 7:00 PM, Town Hall Annex, 6 Town Hall Drive, Princeton, MA 01541
Please take notice that pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 40A and the Princeton Zoning By-laws Section VI, 1., (A) and Section VII, 2. (D), the Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on the petition of Keith Paquet. Property is located at 140 Ball Hill Road, Assessors map #15, Lot 3. The applicant seeks a special permit to rebuild a house on a non-conforming lot after the two-year limit has expired.
A copy of the petition may be reviewed at the Town Hall, Monday – Thursday, 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. All interested parties are invited to attend.
