ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Please take notice that pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 40A and the Princeton Zoning By-laws Section VI, 1. (E), and Section VII. 2. (B) the Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing at the Town Hall Annex on Thursday, October 20, 2016 at 7:00 PM to hear the petition of National Education for Assistance Dog Services, Inc. (NEADS). Property is located on 305 Redemption Rock Trail South, Princeton, Assessors map #13, Lot 38. The applicant seeks a Variance for relief from side-lot setback requirements to enlarge a row of dog runs so as to extend them 7’ into the 30’ setback. A copy of the petition may be reviewed at the Town Hall, Monday – Thursday, 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. All interested parties are invited to attend.
