Regular Meeting
March 7, 2012
The meeting opened at 7:40 PM. Present were: Mark Canfield, Tom Daly, Jerry Gannelli, and John Mirick. Rick McCowan was absent.
Proposed Bylaw Change Section VI- Setback Language
The board discussed the request from the Building Inspector to clarify setback language in Section VI. John Mirick drafted language for the motion which was accepted by the board on July 13, 2011. There was discussion on whether or not to hold off until the next town meeting since this is the only item. Jerry and Tom preferred to move it forward this year. Tom moved to place the article on the 2012 Annual Town Meeting warrant. Jerry seconded. All in favor (4-0).
Recording of Site Plan Review Decisions
Tom moved to table until a future meeting. John seconded. All in favor (4-0).
Minutes-February 15, 2012
Mark moved to approve with the addition of the summary of flip chart notes. John seconded. All in favor (4-0).
Other Business
Jerry asked to add a future agenda item: Research Wachusett Watershed District
Mark informed the board he decided not to run for reelection. He said he will stay involved with the EPVD. Board members expressed their appreciation to Mark and let him know he will be missed.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:58 PM. All were in favor.
