Review/Approve Dec. 7, 2016 regular meeting minutes; review any mail

Discuss CMRPC meeting on recreational marijuana. Note that Section XVIII 1. (D) requires that vehicles become invisible (David Copperfield?)--discussion may ensue.
Old Business
Review the working draft of signage bylaws--after that draft is accepted get outside opinions from business owners. Public hearing date to be set.
