NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, October 5, 2016 at 7:35 PM in the Town Hall Annex, 4 Town Hall Drive on the petition of Verizon Wireless for modification of Special Permit to co-locate cellular phone receivers and related equipment at: 154 Houghton Road (rear), Map 13 Parcel 32.
Work involves new antennas on existing cellular monopole tower that will co-locate with two other cellular providers. Antennas will be installed underneath existing sheathing. Related equipment on new concrete pad will be installed within existing fenced area.
A copy of the proposed plans may be reviewed at the Planning Office in Town Hall during normal business hours. Interested parties are invited to attend.
