NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, March 6, 2013 at 7:35 PM in the Town Hall Annex, 4 Town Hall Drive on the petitions of AT&T Mobility/New Cingular Wireless (for work at all three locations listed below) and Sprint Spectrum, L.P. (for work at the 194 Worcester Road location only) for modification of Special Permits to upgrade cellular phone receivers and related equipment at:
THREE (3) WIRELESS TOWER SITES
194 Worcester Road, Map 15 Parcel 33-6 (flagpole)
163 Houghton Road, Map 13 Parcel 31 (flagpole)
106 & 182 Thompson Road, Map 7 Parcel 32 (guyed “H” tower)
Work involves replacement of existing antennas, increase of sheathing to 36” diameter on the two flagpole towers, and replace/install equipment on existing concrete pads within fenced areas.
A copy of the proposed plans may be reviewed at the Planning Office in Town Hall during normal business hours. Interested parties are invited to attend.
