Open Space Committee Meeting Minutes August 13, 2013
Present: Kim Houde, Doug Williams, Kelton Burbank, Karen Rossow
Excused: Phil Gryzb, Deb Cary, Jim Samdahl
Meeting began at 7:45 pm
Bridge plantings: Kim & Karen removed all plastic erosion/construction barriers. Karen can be reimbursed for the signs & hardware ($170.00) from the OSC account. Phyllis Booth wrote article which she hopes to get in the 5-town Landmark issue to go to all households.
Trails: no news
Open Space & Rec Plan Update: During the process of asking for a required letter of support from the Planning Board Marie Auger offered to finish up the document, which is nearly finished. Little paragraph on ADA self-evaluation and that Planning Board letter and some more maps. OSC effort is complete.
Smith Farm: No news.
Approve minutes from 6/11/13 and 7/9/13.
