Open Space Committee Meeting of June 11, 2013 Town Hall Annex
Meeting began at 7:35 p.m.

Bridge plantings and boulders: Our team of volunteers spent most of one day (Saturday, June 1st ) on it. Special appreciation to Doug Williams, Phil Gryzb, Jim Samdahl, Jesse Samdahl and Deb Cary for their hard work on it. One section complete, however people are stepping on the plantings to access the water. Karen will contact Glenn Lyons for assistance with signage, and solution to people driving right up to bridge now. Hopefully he can meet Deb and Karen at the bridge on Thursday morning.
Trails: We have acquired a new map from DCR. Karen will ask Craig Fitzgerald to make a new one that includes all protected land in Princeton, not just watershed areas, and make an electronic copy.
Open Space Plan Update: Draft received by the state on May 18th. The State had previously said to expect the review to take at least 1 month so I should send it without the ConCom letter and add that to the final version rather than wait for it. Karen will contact them if no news after 5 weeks.
Smith Farm: No news.
Minutes from the last meeting were approved.
