Town of Princeton, Mass. – March 6, 2017 – 5 PM
Princeton Broadband MLP – Regular Meeting Minutes

Chairman Stan Moss, Edith Morgan present and Jon Fudeman absent;. TA Nina Nazarian. Marty Dell’Erba also present.

5 PM   Stan opened meeting of PBMLP in the Town Hall Annex. Marty Dell’Erba explained that he has not communicated with Verizon since Feb. 22, and the foreman on the project was sick. He reported that pole license #7, 8 & 9 are pending. Licenses need to be in place so that Axia can lower the lines on Mountain Road and Merriam Road. The town received a $3,195 refund from Verizon for overpayment on Lic. #2. These refunds will be returned to PBMLP Expense budget. Staff changes at MBI were reported.
Board voted all in favor to approve minutes of Feb. 6.
Marty reported on a conference call several days ago with MBI in which he asked some questions on behalf of the Cable Advisory Committee. He will forward the answers to the CAC this week. Stan noted that MBI won’t provide construction grants to towns unless they’re doing their own installation and that there’s no 3-way setup in place with Comcast, MBI and Princeton. Some engineering services are being funded by MBI.

5:15 PM  PBMLP voted to adjourn and selectmen returned to regular BOS meeting.

Respectfully submitted, Marie Auger, Admin. Assistant
