Princeton Broadband MLP – Regular Meeting Minutes
Chairman Stan Moss and Jon Fudeman present; Edith Morgan absent. TA Nina Nazarian. Marty Dell’Erba also present.
5:30 PM After recessing the BOS meeting, Stan opened meeting in the Town Hall Annex. Board voted all in favor to approve minutes from Dec. 27.
Marty reported that a payment of $675. was due—for Goulet Salvidio Associates accounting firm of Worcester. Under a special appropriation, selectmen voted all in favor to authorize payment. They also voted all in favor to authorize payment of Verizon pole attachment rental fees totaling $1,862.76 Marty summarized the annual attachment rental fees for all 13 licenses when they are all completed at $12,927.10. To date, five are competed.
It was reported that the RFPs for MBI are due this week. Group discussed options for PBMLP financing. Also, MBI is not intending to reimburse the town for funds spent (redundantly) overlashing.
5:45 PM PBMLP voted to adjourn and selectmen returned to regular BOS meeting.
