7: PM Meeting opened with PBMLP members Stan Moss, chair, Edith Morgan, Jon Fudeman(absent) and T.A. Nina Nazarian, Asst. Mgr Marty Dell’Erba, John Kowaleski, and residents
Stan noted that the engineering-design bid may be released either before or after the Special Town Meeting, and it will depend on how much funding is left after final payments or estimates have been made to Verizon and PMLD.
The two board members then voted all in favor to approve payments to Verizon for Invoices # 10 – 13 for $17,193.41; $29,878.36; $16,507,02; $11,473.44 and for #1 – 4 at $2,376.00 each. They then voted all in favor to approve payment of four invoices (Jan. – March) to LINX Assoc. for $7,350.54; $12,345.00; $550.00; $3059.38. They deferred approval of minutes and the Annual Report.
7:17 PM Under new business, Stan brought up the issues surrounding the MBI proposal to have Comcast provide the “last mile.” Public comment followed: Jim O’Coin asked why the joint meeting with Comcast and MBI should occur at MBI office, and Chris Lunch from Matrix asked why MBI would be involved in the cable agreement.
Group discussed meeting dates and will repeat this agenda on April 12, considering skipping April 19 as it is a conflict with BOS as the day following Patriots Day.
