Attendees: Sheila Dubman, Matt Lindberg and Mickey Splaine.

Approved April minutes
Discussed TM passage of Article 15, adding to the funds available for MH Cemetery restoration.
Discussed Four Corners markers:
- We will make two since the area is quite large.
- The two plaques will each feature Four Corners on one side and the Goodnow Farm on the other.
- The texts have been written by Joyce and Sheila (representing the PHC) and Deb Carey and Cindy Dunn of the Audubon society.
- Joyce has begun the process of ordering the markers from Sewah studios.
Eagle Scout Project: Teddy presented his Eagle Scout project ideas. The group agreed to table further discussion until Joyce and Joe were present.
MH Cemetery: Mickey will contact Glenn about burying the storage vaults for gravestone fragment storage.
Town Common guidelines: The group also tabled discussion of Town Common guidelines until the full committee can participate.
