Richard opened the meeting at 7:13 pm.

The minutes of the 2/13/19 meeting were approved as written.

Richard reported on the schedule with JWA. There is a meeting scheduled for Tuesday, 2/26, 9am in the annex. The meeting is with the FSC, JWA and police and fire chiefs.

The FSC reviewed a spreadsheet from last year showing space allocation for police and fire; Rick will add figures for the proposed new building. It would also be helpful to have some visuals.

Richard intends to have a conversation with the fire chief before the meeting on 2/26.

Rick said there was no new information on the CM at risk but he will work on a comparison of this to the bid-design-build approach.

We looked at a sheet showing our proposed cost per sq/ft to projects in other towns. Ian suggested we revise the format to bring costs up to date.

We reviewed the draft of the 2018 annual report for the FSC Phase 2. After discussion Larry and Dennis agreed to work on some changes.

There was discussion of the sheet from the advisory committee. The focus is on communication with the voters so there is a clear understanding of the need for the public safety project and all the options. They recommend a public meeting.

The FSC will look into using a slide show to illustrate the key points.

The FSC needs to start preparation of materials for the annual town meeting.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:10 pm.
