The meeting was opened at 3:00 pm.
For the first agenda item, there was substantial discussion about the Bond Bill release process and requirements. To secure the release of Bond Bill money requires “Shovel Ready,” 100% complete plans and construction documents, similar to those for the Rt 140 project. Having these documents prepared is required for consideration for the release of funds, but is only the first step. Thus the request for the Town meeting will be funding to produce documents that meet this requirement, regardless of what funding source the Town uses.
Richy Bisk is the Liaison for the SelectBoard to the LT Governor’s office. It was requested that the FSCp2 appoint a Liaison for this process.
PMLD bill inclusion. The second agenda item is based on the deadline for the PMLD bill stuffer is Sept 24th for the Oct Bill. Rick McCown and Noelani Chase drafted a memo. This was reviewed and refined. Rick McCowan and Richard Chase were selected to finish the document and send it to PMLD which was completed 9/21/18.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:10 pm
