The meeting was opened at 7:01 pm.

The minutes of 9/4/18 were approved with a correction to Noelani’s name.

There was discussion regarding the day to meet. It was agreed to meet on Mondays, 7pm in the town hall annex.

Several members brought written questions which they found on next door or felt were important to review. The intent was to review questions likely to be raised by the voters before a special town meeting vote regarding the proposed public safety project.

(A copy of the written questions will be attached to these minutes as part of the record).

Larry mentioned there was a page of frequently asked questions prepared by the previous FSC.

The group felt a question and answer format may be a good way to communicate information; we need to decide how and using what medium. We also need a way to get feedback.

Noelani read her questions first and there was general discussion of responses.

We reviewed a list of questions brought up by Rick. Some of the questions came from postings on Next Door.
