Meeting minutes for 6/5/18
7:00 pm at town hall annex

Attending for the town: Edith Morgan, selectboard
Mary Jo opened the meeting at 7:00pm
There was discussion regarding a future role for the Facilities Steering Committee. Perhaps it could serve a function similar to the road advisory committee.
Does the town need a building committee to oversee the work entailed in the three building stabilization articles passed at town meeting? The FSC is not sure, but certainly there has to be oversight by the town in some fashion.
Phil Gransewiz attended the meeting and commented that at the last meeting of the selectboard there was discussion of an ongoing role for the FSC.
Edith said the selectboard is very busy at this time. They are reviewing and rewriting procedures regarding town volunteers. Thay are also working on contact with people at the state level.
The FSC will ask Nina to be sure to put up the sign reminding people to vote at the special town election on June 25.
Mary Jo will get some lawn signs made up to post around town to also make people aware of the vote.
The next meeting of the FSC will be on Tuesday, June 12, 7pm at the annex.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:43 pm.
