Meeting minutes for 10/24/17
7pm at Town Hall Annex

Attending for the town: Edith Morgan (BOS) and Judy Dino (Advisory Committee)

Karen opened the meeting at 7pm.

We approved the meeting minutes from the 10/17 meeting.

On Tuesday, October 31st, there is a Halloween event on the Commons scheduled to 7:00 pm. To minimize traffic congestion, the Facilities Steering Committee (FSC) meeting will start at 7:30 pm.
The Agreement for Services contract returned by Town Council was reviewed. There were no comments from FSC on the contract.

In preparation for the Kickoff meeting with Jones Whitsett Architects (JWA), the committee discussed expectations for “producibles” (deliverables) and priorities. Karen will fulfill JWA request for any documentation that is available for the four buildings and two sites.

There was further discussion of Karen’s Communication Plan. The committee reviewed, revised, and approved messages for inclusion in the Princeton Directory and in the Council on Aging newsletter. Other methods of community outreach and communication were discussed. The FSC decided not to do a survey at this time. The Communication Plan continues as a work in progress.

There was no need to open the meeting to the public as there was no one in attendance.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:25.
