MEETING AGENDA ITEMS:
- Convene in Open Session
- Vote in a New Chairperson
- Vote to Approve the June 4, 2019 Executive Session Meeting Agenda
- Make a Motion by Roll Call to Enter into Executive Session Not to Reconvene into Open Session for the purpose of discussing the reputation, character, physical condition or mental health, rather than professional competence, of an individual, or to discuss the discipline or dismissal of, or complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual.
- Discuss the Social Media Policy, Conflict of Interest Law and Additional Information as it Relates to the Purpose of the Executive Session
- Adjourn the Executive Session
While in Executive Session the Board of Light Commissioners must keep accurate records, all votes taken must be recorded by roll call, and the Board of Light Commissioners may only discuss matters for which the executive session was called.
