BOARD OF LIGHT COMMISSIONERS MEETING

  • Call the Meeting to Order
  • Review and Vote to Approve the Meeting Agenda
  • Discuss the General Manager’s recommendation to terminate Princeton Municipal Light Department’s (PMLD) participation as a member of the Massachusetts Municipal Light Department Wind Energy Cooperative Corporation (MMLDWECC) by terminating the Power Purchase Contract, the Maintenance Services Agreement, the Lease Agreement and Agency Contract between the Massachusetts Municipal Wholesale Electric Company (MMWEC) and PMLD; to allow PMLD to acquire, use, operate, hold and maintain the wind facility as it relates to the business of PMLD.
  • Vote to Authorize the General Manager to accept, execute and deliver with prudence and in the best interest of PMLD to finance the costs of the ownership of the wind facility through funds obtained by a loan through MMWEC’s pooled loan program and promissory note.
  • Vote to Adjourn the Meeting
