Princeton Cultural Council Minutes Mondy, January 12, 2015
Present: Janeen Baker, Christian Gal, Karen Rossow
Excused: Katie Green
Meeting began at: 7:35 p.m
Vote on approving extension request from the Friends of Mechanics Hall. They want to submit their reimbursement form after one year from the date of their award letter. The date of the award letter varies substantially from year to year, so that seems a random deadline to Karen’s mind.
Karen abstained from voting; Christian and Janeen approved the extention through January 31, 2015.
We also discussed the need for a replacement on the Council for Patsy Mollica, who has just stepped down due to personal reasons. Christian and Janeen both provided some names for Karen to investigate.
