Princeton Cultural Council - Meeting Minutes

Attendees: Corinne Ashton, Andrea Caspari, Alex Fiandaca, Christian Gal and Karen Rossow.
Princeton's allocation from Massachusetts Cultural Council for FY11 is $3,870.
Karen applied for a grant this year and abstained from voting on her application. The other members filled out the appropriate disclosure forms.
Nine applications were rejected. The following 10 applications were accepted for funding for 2011:

Approximately $100 remains unencumbered and $40 will be put in the administrative expenses account.
Members agreed to eliminate the "five copies" requirement for applications. Alex will make this change to the local guidelines.
Corinne's term ends in June, 2011. Members voted Alex in as the new Chairperson.
