TOWN OF PRINCETON
BOARD/COMMITTEE: PRINCETON CONSERVATION COMMISSION MINUTES
DATE: June 4, 2019        TIME: 7:00            LOCATION: Town Hall Annex
Attendance: Chairman Brian Keevan, Barbara Laughlin, Ron Thompson, and Susan Mitchell
Brian Keevan called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM.
Votes taken in the following actions are “all in favor” unless noted otherwise.
Public Hearings and Meetings:
Item 1: 7:00 PM – DEP File #267-0421.  A public hearing was continued for a Notice of Intent (NOI) submitted by the Mike Pucko for driveway construction across a stream to develop a house lot on Lot 4 Country Lane.  Kent Olfield presented revised site plans and represented the owner.  The Commission voted to issue an Order of Conditions with standards conditions at 7:11 PM.  
Item 2: 7:13 PM.  No DEP File # assigned at this time.  A public hearing was continued for a Ball Hill Road culvert replacement project for the Princeton Highway Department.  Matt Lundsted of Comprehensive Environmental Inc., requested a continuation until the next scheduled meeting.  At 7:14 PM, the Commission voted to continue this public hearing until June 18, 2019     
Commission Other Business, Mail, Procedures, etc.:
Brian reviewed mail received by the Commission.
The May 21, 2019 meeting minutes were reviewed and approved with minor edits.
Brian provided an update on two properties located (Lots 3A & 4) on Pine Hill Road.  Work has commenced on the western-most lot with the stream crossing.   Work has started has begun on the lot but in areas outside of the Commission’s jurisdiction.  The Commission will be contacted to schedule a pre-construction meeting.  
Brian updated the Commission regarding the Route 140 NPDES Stormwater Prevention Pollution Plan (“SWPPP”) and copies of written SWPPP inspection reports required by EPA.  Brian reached out to the contractor and received completed inspection reports via e-mail.

The next PCC meeting is scheduled for June 18, 2019.
