  • Charles Wyman from Mass Audubon prepared the language of the Conservation Restriction for the Smith Farm Property.   Charles Wyman from Mass Audubon reviewed the Conservations Restriction with the PCC page by page for the 32 acre parcel.  Questions were raised by the PCC regarding horseback riding, collecting, the use of bicycles and hunting.  He will consult the Land Trust about these issues.  Brian Keevan recused himself from the conversation. A motion to vote on the Draft Conservation Restriction reviewed and generally agreed to its contents and subject to further revisions were passed. Brian Keevan abstained from the motion. The 132 acre parcel with DCR and the City of Worcester will be ready for review in a month or so.

  • John Vieira sent to the commission members an email with links that would be helpful to the public when trying to file.  PCC members will talk about adding and subtracting links then posting on the web page.
  • Brett Trowbridge asked the commission what was happening at the logging site on Brook Station Road, PCC replied that it is not ready to be signed off on until the Forester does a site visit.
