PRINCETON CONSERVATION COMMISSION
MINUTES FOR MEETING
November 16, 2015
PRESENT:
John Vieira, Susan Mitchell, Ron Thompson and Brian Keevan from the PCC were in attendance as well as Associate Member Brett Trowbridge.
John Vieira called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm.
OLD BUSINESS:
- Tom Sullivan from the Princeton Land did not attend - no update given.
- Scott Goddard did not attend the meeting with an update for Gerald Oberhelman 296 Sterling Road, Princeton. The Town Administrator will be talking to Mr. Oberhelman. Noted that Mr. Oberhelman has moved the fruit trees to up by the house area.
NEW BUSINESS:
CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE:
- A Request for a Certificate of Compliance was received from Northland Engineers, Inc. for 1 Rhodes Road for Martha Upton. DEP File No. 267-0379. The site visit was on October 14, 2015 with John Vieira and Susan Mitchell. The lawn area was graded with no growth. PCC voted to wait until stabilization is established before issuing a Certificate of Compliance. Applicant will need to refile after 75% vegetated or stabilized by other means.
- A Request for a Certificate of Compliance was received from Bruce Thurston for Mirick Road Map 4, Parcel 6 for Richard Macomber, Trustee of Marjorie E. William Nominee Trust. DEP File No. 267-0321. The Order of Conditions has expired so it is an invalid Order of Conditions. A Certificate of Compliance was issued with no work done before the Order of Conditions expired.
- A letter requesting a Certificate of Compliance was received for Brook Station Road Lot 4A. Estate of Maruo Valente property. John Vieira spoke to Donald O’Neil Attorney for the Estate. Some work had been done on the property, a site visit was needed. An Enforcement Order issued 3/27/06 for no preconstruction meeting as requested. Continued.
FOREST CUTTING PLANS:
A Forest Cutting Plan was received from Dr. Jean Krag, Calaminit Hill Road S for 78 Acres.
PCC received an amended Forest Cutting Plan for Mr. Engleman, Brook Station Road.
The minutes from the October 13, 2015 and October 20, 2015 meetings were tabled until the November meeting.
Meeting was adjourned at 8:10 PM.
