OLD BUSINESS:
- A continuation for a Notice of Intent filed by Geo Services for Claire O’Conner for 18 Radford Road, Princeton for the replacement of the Septic System and associated grading. A letter dated March 1, 2012 was received from the Princeton Board of Health stating that the permit issued is in compliance with all local jurisdictions. Chris Knuth will give the PCC an update on the review process for the Board of Health. DEP File No. 267-0359.
- A continuation for a Notice of Intent filed by Greenhill Engineering for 90 East Princeton Road, Princeton owned by Caroline Lyons for the repair of the septic system. DEP File No. 267-0360.
- A continuing discussion regarding the enforcement for Administration Road, Princeton Project # 267-0347. Ruth Teixeira and the Engineer for the Project will attend the meeting.
NEW BUSINESS:
- Verizon for changes to their existing facility at 13 Boylston Ave, Don Ambrozio.
- Agenda item for topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair 48 hours in advance of the meeting.
OTHER BUSINESS:
- Commission Business and Procedures. Discussion regarding the Open Meeting Law conducting Commission Business.
- A revised 2011 version of the Wetlands Protection Act Maps was received on March 6, 2012. ~
- The minutes from the February 21, 2011 meeting will be read and accepted.
