OLD BUSINESS:
- A continuation for a Notice of Intent filed by the Town of Princeton by Greenman-Pedersen, Inc. for reconstruction of Route 140 from the Sterling Town line from the southeast to the northwest near the fire station. DEP File No. 267-0391.
- A continuation for a Request for Determination filed by John Mirick for 160 Mirick Road, for work to maintain existing water levels and flow in area in Chapter 61, and clean, clear and restore exiting man-made and natural water management system for ongoing agricultural commodities.
- Discussion regarding the Providence and Worcester Railroad culvert replacement.
CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE:
- A Request for a Certificate of Compliance was filed by Scott Peoples for 129 Gleason Road, Princeton for current owner.
