LIST OF TOPICS TO BE DISCUSSED
The listings of maters are those reasonably anticipated by the Chair which may be discussed at the meeting.~ Not all items listed may in fact be discussed and other items not listed may also be brought up for discussion to the extent permitted by law.
 
NEW BUSINESS:
  • A Request for Determination from Dennis Asselin for 31 Redemption Rock Trail North was received.  For the removal of trees that pose danger to homeowners from falling limbs and power lines being taken down by falling trees and limbs.  Trees will be removed by crane located on driveway, trees will leave site, and stumps will be left as is.  
  • A Notice of Intent filed by Scott Peoples LLC for Neil McInnis for Lot 7-1 Merriam Road, Princeton for the construction of a single family home with associated utilities, including a septic system.
OLD BUSINESS:
  • A Notice of Intent was filed by Mohamed Samoda of 77 Main Street, Princeton for the installation of an underground propane tank.  PCC members voted to ratify the Enforcement Action at the April 18th meeting.
  • A discussion regarding a site visit that is scheduled to inspect the wetland reclamation at 296 Sterling Road, the property of Jerry Oberhelman.
May 16, 2017
  • A continuation for a Notice of Intent filed by the Town of Princeton by Greenman-Pedersen, Inc. for reconstruction of Route 140 from the Sterling Town line from the southeast to the northwest near the fire station.  DEP File No. 267-0391.

  • Discussion regarding the Town Pound work.
  • Discussion regarding the Calamint Hill Trail work.

The minutes from April 16, and April 25, 2017 meetings will be read and accepted.
The next meeting of the PCC is scheduled for June 20, 2017.
