LIST OF TOPICS TO BE DISCUSSED
The listings of maters are those reasonably anticipated by the Chair which may be discussed at the meeting.~ Not all items listed may in fact be discussed and other items not listed may also be brought up for discussion to the extent permitted by law.
 
NEW BUSINESS:
  • Received from Kenneth Vaughan the signed Acknowledgement of Receipt of Understanding as well as the receipt of recording.
  • Received from Wachusett Mountain Associates the revised plan dated 9/21/16 of the wetlands flagging.
OLD BUSINESS:
  • Discuss potential updates to Land Management Plan for Calamint Hill Conservation area.  Conservation Restriction requires plan finalized and approved by DCR and City of Worcester by December 2016.
  • A Representative from the Princeton Land Trust will update the commission regarding recent land transfers from the Fieldstone Farm Project.
  • Agenda item for topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair 48 hours in advance of the meeting.
