CERTICICATE OF COMPLIANCE:
- A Request for a Certificate of Compliance was received from MaryAnn DiPinto for Wachusett Mountain Associates, 499 Mountain Road, Princeton for DEP File No. 267-240.
NEW BUSINESS:
- A Notice of Intent was received from Wachusett Mountain Associates for Wachusett Ski Area’s Routine Maintenance. Located at 499 Mountain Road, Princeton.
- A Request for Determination was filed for the Heritage Bible Chapel, 182 Brook Station Road, Princeton for creating a field just outside the buffer zone to a bordering vegetative wetland. PCC received a letter dated May 10, 2016 to the Heritage Bible Church regarding work being done at the site the letter was from Office of the Building Department Town of Princeton.
- A Request for Determination was file for Mass Audubon for 110 Hubbardston Road, Princeton (Fieldstone Farm LLC) for area site improvements that include septic system replacement and removal of debris from former barn.

OLD BUSINESS:
- Continue the discussion on the Conservation Restriction for Fieldstone Farm. The Conservation Works from Amherst will attend and the Baseline Plan and the initial Management Plan on the 122 acre parcel will be discussed.
- PCC received Proposed Wetland Replication plans for Calamint Hill Road, Princeton, MA from Marc & Sandra Bourgeois.

FOREST CUTTING PLANS:
- Forester’s comments received on Forest Cutting Plan for Mirick Road property of Matthew Martin.

The minutes from the May 17, 2016 meeting will be read and accepted.
The next meeting of the PCC is scheduled for July 19, 2016.
