OLD BUSINESS:
- Continue the discussion on the Conservation Restriction for Fieldstone Farm. The Conservation Works from Amherst will attend and discuss the Baseline Plan and Management Plan on the 122 acre parcel that they will be writing.
NEW BUSINESS:
Agenda item for topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair 48 hours in advance of the meeting.
- A Request for a Determination of Applicability was received from Brian Keevan for 32 Mirick Road for the construction of an unattached deck adjacent to the swimming pool, within the BVW.
- 2016 Vegetation Control Program received for the Yearly Operational Plan for Providence & Worcester Railroad Company from Tec Associates.

- A continuation of a Request for a Certificate of Compliance from Thomas & Yvonne Pitzi for 71 Main Street, Princeton, DEP File No. 267-0385.
