- Received an email from the Town Administrator regarding a contractual document relative to the Land Grant that needs to be signed by the PCC before January 31, 2016.

FOREST CUTTING PLANS:
- Forest Cutting Plan Final Report received from DCR for Burco, Inc. for East Princeton Road (Rte 31).
- Forest Cutting Plan for William Holder for 24.5 acres 45 Goodnow Road. PCC has looked at this plan and commented to the Forester

The minutes from the December 16, 2015 meetings will be read and accepted.
The next meeting of the PCC is scheduled for February 16, 2016.
