OLD BUSINESS:
- An Enforcement Order was issued to Mr. Gerald Oberhelman at 296 Sterling Road, Princeton. Mr. Oberhelman will give a progress report for the site.
- A continuation for a Notice of Intent from Bruce Thurston for Map 4 Parcel 6 Mirick Road, Princeton for work associated with the construction of a single family home within the wetland buffer zone.
NEW BUSINESS:
- A Notice of Intent was filed by Princeton DPW for Grow Lane for culvert replacement and roadway improvements.
- Agenda item for topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair 48 hours in advance of the meeting.
CERTICICATE OF COMPLIANCE: NONE
FOREST CUTTING PLANS: -
- A Forest Cutting Plan was received from DCR for Houghton Road by Russell Wilmot for 86 acres.
OTHER BUSINESS:
Commission Business, mail, procedures, etc.
- The minutes from the August 18, 2015 and September 15, 2015 meetings will be read and accepted.
- The next meeting of the PCC is scheduled for November 17, 2015.
