NEW BUSINESS:
- A Request for a Determination of Applicability was received for 16 Country Lane, Princeton by Scott Kopec to construct a 4 season sun room on a wood frame deck.
- A Notice of Intent was received from David Ross Assoc. for Mark Chanaki for the replacement of a failing septic system and associated grading within the 100 foot BVW at 15 Radford Road, Princeton.
- Discussion with the Midstate Trail Conservation Partnership regarding partnership functions as collaborative network, review new maps, and the key findings of the tail protection assessment.
- PCC discussion with the Road Advisory Committee/Highway Department regarding the upcoming reconstruction of Route 140/31. Larry Greene requested a site walk before the PCC meeting.
OLD BUSINESS:
- Agenda item for topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair 48 hours in advance of the meeting.
