NEW BUSINESS:
- A Request for Determination of Applicability was received from Christine and Alexander Samoiloff for 29 Matthews Lane, Princeton for the removal of brush, brambles and large rocks to prepare the land for a permaculture food forest.
- An Abbreviated Notice of Intent was filed by Mass Audubon for 113 Goodnow Road, Princeton for the construction of a 20 ft. x 35 ft. open pavilion for nature program usage.
- Mass Audubon will discuss future projects with the PCC.
OLD BUSINESS:
- A continuation of a Request for Determination of Applicability from Kyle Zelley for property located on Map 8A – Lot 7-1 Merriam Road for the construction of a one family home, septic and associated grading
- . Agenda item for topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair 48 hours in advance of the meeting.
