NEW BUSINESS:
- A Request for a Notice of Intent filed by Terra Environmental for the Princeton Highway Dept. for Matthews Lane. The work includes roadway reclamation of Matthews Lane in its entirety. Beginning and ending at its intersection with Brook Station Road. The work includes slight modifications to the profile of the roadway, the replacement of one 15” cross culvert, and installation of erosion controls measures.
OLD BUSINESS:
- . Agenda item for topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair 48 hours in advance of the meeting.
- A continuation of a Request for Determination of Applicability from Kyle Zelley for property located on Map 8A – Lot 7-2 Merriam Road for the construction of a one family home, septic and associated grading.
CERTICICATE OF COMPLIANCE:
- A request for a Certificate of Compliance was received from Edward & Jean Klaiber for 7 Wilson Road Princeton.
FOREST CUTTING PLANS:
- A Forest Cutting Plan was received from DCR for East Princeton Road for the cutting of 66 acres.
OTHER BUSINESS:
- Commission Business, mail, procedures, etc.
- The minutes from the May 20, 2014 meetings will be read and accepted.
The next meeting of the PCC is scheduled for July 15, 2014.
