The listings of maters are those reasonably anticipated by the Chair which may be discussed at the meeting.~ Not all items listed may in fact be discussed and other items not listed may also be brought up for discussion to the extent permitted by law.
 
OLD BUSINESS:

NEW BUSINESS:
  • . A Notice of Intent was received from Goddard Consulting, LLC for property located on Ball Hill Road, Princeton owned by Margaret Harling and Brant Viner for the construction of a driveway for a single family home within the 100’ Buffer Zone.  
  • Rebecca Williamson from Greenland and Peterson would like to talk to the PCC regarding the 25% compleation plan for the Route 140 project.
  • Possible meeting with Mr. Knipe regarding a possible wetlands violation at 6 Rhodes Road, Princeton the filling of the resource area to make a foot path and parking spot for a camper.
  • Discussion regarding Old Colony Road extension bridge project by Open Space Committee.  Site visit took place 7/23/13 with John Vieira from PCC.
  • Agenda item for topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair 48 hours in advance of the meeting.


FOREST CUTTING PLANS:

  • Addemdum to Forest Cutting Plan for Scott and Nancy Bigelow for Calamint Hill Road North.

OTHER BUSINESS:
  • Commission Business, mail, procedures, etc.
  • The minutes from the August 20, 2013 meeting will be read and accepted.

The next meeting of the PCC is scheduled for October 15, 2013.
