- PCC discussion regarding DCR Wachusett Mtn. Administration Road and Certificate of Compliance.
- Received a letter dated July 2, 2013 regarding the removal of Beaver Dams.
- Received a letter dated June 24, 2013 with the follow-up information for the Routine Maintenance at the Wachusett Mountain Ski Area, including a copy of application for a 401 Water Quality Certification.
- Received a letter dated July 3, 2013 from Jeffrey W. Shub, Esq. regarding a foreclosure sale for 26 Pine Hill Road, Princeton.
- Agenda item for topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair 48 hours in advance of the meeting.
FOREST CUTTING PLANS:
- Forest Cutting Plan received for 157 Worcester Road, Princeton from Kurt Leslie for property owned by Phillip & Johna Arello for approximately 28 acres.
OTHER BUSINESS:
- Commission Business, mail, procedures, etc.
- The minutes from the May 21, 2013and June 18, 2013 meetings will be read and accepted.
CERTICICATE OF COMPLIANCE:
The next meeting of the PCC is scheduled for August 20, 2013.
